We examine critical questions such as: What is the difference between an offer and a contract? When does an offer become a contract? When may an offer be withdrawn? How do we handle multiple offers? Negotiation by text and emails is also discussed in detail. This is an extremely practical course for Texas agents. In the event of cancellation, all fees paid will promptly be refunded in full or will be applied to another class at the registrants’ discretion. Refund Policy: For CE courses, a full refund or credit will be made/applied to any registrant who has paid tuition and canceled or reschedules prior to two business days of the course. A refund, less a service fee will be applied to any registrant who cancels or reschedules within two business days of the course.
