Many of these laws and policies can change can change during the middle of a year or during elections. Staying abreast of law changes is required for any real estate professional. This dynamic course provides and explanation of current policy and changes to that policy. This course also examines how policy changes might impact the real estate industry as well as real estate agents and their business. Zoom Course Zoom CourseTX Cancellation Policy: Any course/class may be cancelled at the discretion of the REALTOR Academy. In the event of cancellation, all fees paid will promptly be refunded in full or will be applied to another class at the registrants’ discretion. Refund Policy: For CE courses, a full refund or credit will be made/applied to any registrant who has paid tuition and canceled or reschedules prior to two business days of the course. A refund, less a service fee will be applied to any registrant who cancels or reschedules within two business days of the course. There are no refunds for same day cancelations (day of class) and for partial attendance.
